Dispatch & Delivery

If you need to receive your order more quickly than the timescales below, please go to our Contact Us page or pop us an email at sarah@ampersandcrafts.co.uk so we can work it out.

Dispatch

Orders will be ready for posting within the following timescales:

• Orders of 1 - 4 kits: Within 3 days of order.
• Orders of 5 - 9 kits: Within 5 days of order.
• Orders of 10 or more kits: Please complete the Bespoke Request form so that we can agree the dispatch date.

Delivery

Once orders have been dispatched, the delivery timescale will depend on your chosen postal method.

Delivery within the UK:

Orders of 1 - 4 kits:

• Royal Mail 2^nd Class £3.00 per item
• Royal Mail 1^st Class £3.55 per item

Orders of 5 to 9 kits:

• Parcelforce Express 48 (two days) £12.99 total
• Parcelforce Express 24 (next day) £16.99 total

Order of 10 or more kits:

• Please complete the Bespoke Request form so that we can agree the delivery cost.

Delivery outside of the UK:

Please complete the Bespoke Request form so that we can agree the delivery cost.
