Returns

We hope that you enjoy your purchase from Ampersand Crafts, but if you have cause to return your order to us please take note of the information provided below.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund. If you wish to do this, please complete the cancellation form below.

Then, return the goods to:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.  If the goods are faulty, we will refund these postage costs to you when we process your choice of a refund or exchange. 

Any goods must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. 

We will notify you when we receive your returned goods and will process a refund within 14 calendar days.  Your refund will include a refund of the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you.

Goods that are bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless faulty.
