What elements of the craft kits can I customise?

All of our craft kits are customisable, enabling you to coordinate with your event or room décor.  You can choose from the following customisable options:

  • Yarn Garland Kit: yarn colours
  • Rag Wreath Kit: fabric colours
  • Watercolour Painting Kit: stencil design
  • Smoosh & Foil Cards Kit: ink pads, stencil design, adhesive shapes and decorative foil.

Can you offer other choices than the customisable options shown on your website?

Absolutely!  If you have a customisation preference that is not provided on our website (such as another size, colour or design), fill out the form on our ‘Bespoke Requests’ page and or pop us an email at sarah@ampersandcrafts.co.uk so we can work it out.

I can’t decide which customisable options to choose from. Can you help?

You’re in luck!  Our luxury craft kits have been curated for you into themed ranges, enabling you to create a beautiful set of event or room decorations! Our three ranges are:

  • Birthdays & Occasions (bright): Vibrant, cheerful colours, contemporary designs and circular patterns.  The bright turquoise, yellow and coral shades are perfect for a tropical, beach or festival theme.
  • Weddings & Anniversaries (neutral): Elegant, neutral colour palette of white, grey and nude, paired with romantic designs and patterns of hearts, flowers, stars and leaves.  It is reminiscent of bridal tones and will also complement your event’s own colour scheme.
  • Baby & Child (pastel): Soft, delicate, pastel shades that are perfect for a nursery or a baby shower.  The beautiful chevron designs and geometric patterns are suitable for both girls and boys.

Can you design and make something just for me?

We would love to chat about any bespoke requests you may have! If you would like us to produce a bespoke version of a current product or even something completely new, just go to our ‘Bespoke Requests’ page.

Do you sell products that have already been assembled from the craft kits?

We are happy to chat about any request for us to assemble a product and send you the finished creation.  Just fill out the Contact Us form and we will be in touch!

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We will dispatch your order in the following timescales:

Orders of 1 – 4 kits:                Within 3 days of order

Orders of 5 – 9 kits.                Within 5 days of order

Orders of 10 or more kits:      Please complete the Bespoke Request form so that we can agree the dispatch timescale.

How much do you charge for delivery within the UK?

Delivery costs will depend on your chosen postal method:

Orders of 1 – 4 kits:

Royal Mail 2nd Class            £3.00 per item
Royal Mail 1st Class              £3.55 per item

 

Orders of 5 – 9 kits:

Parcelforce Express 48           £12.99 total
Parcelforce Express 24           £16.99 total

Orders of 10 or more kits:                  Please complete the Bespoke Request form so that we can agree the delivery cost.

Do you ship internationally?

We’d love to hear from you if you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK. 

Please complete the Bespoke Request form so that we can provide you with accurate shipping costs and times.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time, please email us at sarah@ampersandcrafts.co.uk You will need your order reference number from your order confirmation email.

Can I return my order for a refund?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund.  This will include the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you.

Please follow the steps explained in the Returns section.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.  If the goods are faulty, we will refund these postage costs to you when we process your choice of a refund or exchange. 

Any goods must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. 

Bespoke goods are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless faulty.

Can I include a gift message?

If you are giving a craft kit as a thoughtful present, we’d be happy to write your gift message on a charming message card at no extra cost.  Just let us know what to write in the Notes box at checkout.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your order online though PayPal, by using a PayPal account or your Credit/Debit card.

Payment for bespoke orders, orders of 10 or more kits, and orders to be delivered outside of the UK will be processed using PayPal Invoicing.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. We will send you a receipt of your order in an email immediately after your order has been placed. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct.

Why am I not receiving your emails?

Firstly, check your promotion and spam folders in case our emails have been automatically filed there. If you still can’t see them, please email us at sarah@ampersandcrafts.co.uk

I’ve changed my email address so how do I update my account details?

If you have an customer account, you can update your email address online – click here to log in (using your previous email address).

How am I kept up to date with the latest offers?

Make sure you have subscribed to our mailing list so we can email you to let you know about the latest products, offers and promotions.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

If you wish to stop receiving emails, simply open a recent email from us and scroll to the bottom of the email to click on the unsubscribe link.

Please allow 48 hours for this to come into effect.

How do I leave a review?

We use Google Customer Reviews to collect your valuable feedback after you make a purchase on our website.  The survey is an optional, brief questionnaire that enables you to rate your purchase experience.

You can choose whether to take the survey with just one click on our checkout page.  If you choose to opt-in you will receive an email from Google Customer Reviews on or after the expected delivery date, asking you to rate your experience with just one click.
